What types of legal documents can the LLM analyze?

Our AI can handle a wide variety of legal and medical documents, including complaints, discovery responses, depositions, police reports, and thousands of pages of medical records and billing statements.

How does the AI handle "hallucinations" and ensure accuracy?

Can I use ProPlaintiff.ai for medical record summarization?

Yes. Our AI Medical Chronology tool is one of our most popular features. It extracts treatment dates, providers, diagnoses, and ICD codes from massive medical files to create a structured, narrative timeline of a client's injuries.

Do I need to install software, or is this a cloud-based platform?

ProPlaintiff.ai is a fully cloud-based, "Software as a Service" (SaaS) platform. You can access it from any secure browser, ensuring your team can collaborate whether they are in the office or working remotely.

Is there a limit to how many legal documents I can upload?

We support bulk document uploads. Depending on your plan, you can upload files as large as 10GB, making it possible to process even the most complex litigation files with thousands of pages.

What subscription plans does ProPlaintiff.ai offer?

ProPlaintiff.ai offers flexible, per-seat subscription plans based on the number of users at your firm. Pricing includes volume discounts as you add more seats, making the platform more cost-effective as your team grows.

Do you offer a free trial for legal teams or firms?

When you book a demo, your firm can receive a limited-time trial of ProPlaintiff.ai, so your team can explore the platform and see how it fits into your workflow.

How do I download monthly invoices for firm accounting?

Monthly invoices are available in the Reports tab within your Firm Settings. From there, you can view and download invoices for your firm’s accounting records.

Are there extra costs for adding additional paralegals?

ProPlaintiff.ai uses per-seat pricing, so adding another paralegal will add an additional seat to your subscription. Volume discounts are available as your team grows, helping reduce the cost per user.

How do I add or remove users from our firm’s account?

Administrators can invite team members via email through the Team Management portal. You can also deactivate users who leave the firm to ensure your data remains secure.

Can I set different permission levels for staff?

Yes. You can assign roles such as member or admin. Admins have full billing and user control, while members can be restricted to specific cases or document-only access.

How do I reset my password if I am locked out?

Simply click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. We will send a secure reset link to your registered firm email address.

Can I integrate ProPlaintiff.ai with my Case Management Software (CMS)?

Yes. ProPlaintiff.ai currently integrates with Filevine, Clio, and MyCase, allowing you to import existing cases and client data. It also connects with Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox for cloud file access.

How do I update my firm’s profile and contact information?

Navigate to Settings > General. Here you can update your firm’s name, address, and primary contact details which will appear on your invoices and generated templates.

What is the process for exporting my work and closing my account?

You own your data. You can export any generated Demand Letters, Chronologies, or original files as .DOCX or .PDF at any time. To close an account, simply contact support through your dashboard.

Is ProPlaintiff.ai HIPAA compliant?

Yes. ProPlaintiff.ai is HIPAA compliant and uses industry-standard security measures to protect sensitive client information, medical records, and case files. Data is encrypted, stored securely, and accessible only to authorized users.

Is my client’s information used to train public AI models?

No. We have a strict "No-Training" policy. Your data is processed in a secure environment and is never used to improve public models like ChatGPT or Claude. Your firm's intelligence stays with your firm.

Is my firm’s data ever sold to third parties?

Never. ProPlaintiff.ai is a productivity tool, not a data broker. We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your clients' information with any third-party advertisers or researchers.

Where is our firm’s data physically stored?

Your firm’s data is stored on secure servers located within the United States. ProPlaintiff.ai uses private cloud infrastructure and industry-standard safeguards to protect client information, medical records, and case files.

What is your data retention policy?

You have full control over your data. If you delete a case or a document from the platform, it is purged from our active systems in accordance with our security protocols.
