ProPlaintiff.ai Update: Native E-Signatures, AI Call Summaries, and Four New Integrations

Table of Contents

ProPlaintiff.ai just rolled out another major round of updates designed to help personal injury firms spend less time managing software and more time moving cases forward.

E-signatures are now built directly into the platform. Outbound calls can be recorded, transcribed, and summarized by Tiff automatically. An additional four new or expanded integrations make it easier to keep your case data, communications, and financial information connected.

Here’s everything that’s live going into September 2026, plus a look at what’s coming next.

New Features

Native E-Signatures Are Now Built Into ProPlaintiff.ai

Send documents for signature directly from a case without switching to a separate e-signature platform.

Assign signature roles to each party, track who needs to sign, and add identity verification when additional assurance is needed. Signers can be required to verify their identity or complete a face scan before submitting their signature.

It’s one less tool for your team to manage and one more part of the case workflow handled directly inside ProPlaintiff.ai.

AI Call Summaries Automatically Document Every Outbound Call

Your team can now place outbound calls directly from the SMS feature in ProPlaintiff.ai.

After the call ends, Tiff automatically creates a summary highlighting key facts, important details, and next steps, then saves it directly to the case. The full call recording and transcript are stored alongside the summary for easy reference.

That means your team can focus on the conversation instead of taking notes, while still maintaining a clear record of what was discussed.

New and Expanded Integrations

Talk to Tiff Directly From Slack

The ProPlaintiff.ai Slack integration is now live.

Your team can ask Tiff questions and pull case information without leaving the Slack channels you already use throughout the day. It gives attorneys and staff another way to access case information without constantly switching between platforms.

Connect Slack from Settings > Connected Apps to get started.

SmartAdvocate Is Now a Connected App

Firms using SmartAdvocate can now connect it directly with ProPlaintiff.ai.

The integration helps keep case information connected across both platforms, reducing duplicate data entry and making it easier to use ProPlaintiff.ai alongside your existing case management workflow.

Connect SmartAdvocate from Settings > Connected Apps.

QuickBooks Integration Is Live

ProPlaintiff.ai now connects with QuickBooks, making it easier to keep financial information aligned across your firm’s systems.

Instead of repeatedly entering the same information in multiple places, your team can connect QuickBooks directly to ProPlaintiff.ai and reduce unnecessary manual work.

Connect your account from Settings > Connected Apps to get started.

Clio Now Syncs Time Entries, Expenses, and Notes

The ProPlaintiff.ai Clio integration just got a major upgrade.

In addition to existing case data, the integration now supports syncing time entries, expenses, and notes between ProPlaintiff.ai and Clio. That means more of your team’s day-to-day case activity can stay connected without duplicate entry.

If you haven’t connected Clio yet, you can set it up from Settings > Connected Apps.

Platform Updates

Tasks Gets a Full Redesign

The Tasks experience has been redesigned to make it easier to see what needs attention across your cases.

The updated layout includes an Insights panel that gives you a quick breakdown of tasks by status and priority, helping your team identify what’s outstanding and what needs attention first.

Task notifications have also been improved so important assignments and deadlines are easier to stay on top of.

ProPlaintiff Classic Templates Are Now in the Template Library

Demand letter and medical chronology templates from ProPlaintiff Classic are now available inside the new ProPlaintiff.ai Template Library.

Firms that relied on those templates can continue using them without having to recreate their existing workflows from scratch.
