How It Works
Everything you need to know about running comp claims on ProPlaintiff.ai.
Yes. ProPlaintiff gives your team a centralized workspace for managing documents, deadlines, client communications, damages, and demand preparation across an active caseload. Built-in case management tools help attorneys and staff divide responsibilities and keep each claim moving without relying on disconnected systems.
Yes. ProPlaintiff's AI Calendar can review uploaded case documents, identify important dates, and add evaluations, examinations, filing deadlines, and other milestones to the case calendar. Your team can also create dates and related tasks manually. Because workers' compensation requirements vary by jurisdiction, all calendar entries should be verified by your legal team.
ProPlaintiff does not currently include a jurisdiction-specific impairment-rating or AMA Guides calculator. However, you can use Tiff, the AI paralegal, to assist you in calculating PPD ratings based on real case information.
ProPlaintiff does not currently connect directly with individual state workers' compensation board filing portals. Your team can use Document Generation to prepare petitions, notices, and other case documents, track associated deadlines through the AI Calendar, and download completed files for submission through the appropriate state system.
Yes. Upload medical records, diagnostic reports, treatment notes, work restrictions, bills, and related documents to the client's case. ProPlaintiff helps organize and summarize that information so your team can follow the course of treatment, locate supporting evidence, and identify missing records before preparing a demand or filing.
Yes. Your team can communicate with clients by SMS and through the Client Care App™, giving injured workers a more accessible way to receive updates and stay engaged with their case.
